Appointments that are outside building hours (after 6pm and on Sundays) will need to use the call box on the left of the main doors - (Dial DISTRICT STUDIOS (6610) or SECURITY if no answer).
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment start time.
Free parking is available.

If this is your first visit- please ensure you take a few minutes before your appointment to fill out the necessary health history form. If you don't have time before hand then time from your appointment may be taken to fill out the form.
